– cooked Chinese noodles – cucumber – carrots – bell peppers (red & yellow) – fried tofu – Peanut butter dressing

How to make the  peanut butter dressing?

You will need a few simple ingredients: – all-natural peanut butter  – soy sauce – filtered water – freshly pressed lime juice – Garlic and onion powder – Red pepper flakes or chili (optional, for spice)

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk together until combined and creamy. Season to taste.
