Eggless Carbonara (plant-based)

To make the carbonara egg and dairy free this recipe uses a mix of almond butter, nutritional yeast, and water instead.

For some extra flavor, add finely chopped onion, lemon juice, and some salt or miso paste.

Instead of the traditional bacon, use smoked tempeh or smoked tofu. Both are fantastic and tasty plant-based replacements.
