Equipment

Ingredients

Fries

  • 150 grams french fries
  • 150 grams sweet potato fries
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 lime sliced

Avocado Dip

  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 15 mililiters lime juice ca. ½ lime

Tomato Dip

  • ½ can chopped tomatoes
  • ½ red onion finely chopped
  • fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • chili optional

Instructions

  • Start by preparing the fries by baking, deep frying, or air frying them. You can follow our homemade fries recipe if you would like to make the fries from scratch. If you are using store-bought, follow package instructions. While the fries are baking, prepare your toppings.
  • To make the avocado dip, cut the avocado and mash up the flesh with a fork in a small bowl. Add lime juice and mix. Cover and store in the fridge until needed.
  • To make the tomato dip, chop the onion and cilantro. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix together with a fork.
  • Now, onto the final step: assembling your loaded fries. Grab a plate to pile your fries onto and top them with those yummy dips, and any other toppings you desire. Check our variations section for ideas!

Notes

Storage: We recommend storing everything in separate containers! Store the avocado dip and tomato dip in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Leftover cilantro and lime slices can be stored in a small container or plastic bag in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. The fries are best enjoyed fresh and hot, but if you have any leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. Reheat the fries in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
