Smoothie Base

  • ¼ cup plant milk such as oat milk
  • ⅔  cup frozen wild blueberries
  • cup frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder optional

Toppings

  • strawberries sliced
  • blueberries
  • coconut chips
  • flax seeds
  • more peanut butter (warm up in the microwave shortly to soften, if needed)

Notes
