Red White and Blue Salad (5 ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 6 cups spinach
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup of crumbled vegan feta cheese (you can use homemade, or store-bought)
  • drizzles balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and dry spinach, and blueberries. Wash and slice strawberries. Sprinkle fruit and vegan feta over spinach. Toss salad with balsamic and serve.
