Ingredients

  • 14 ounces silken tofu
  • 1 lime
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce add more if you want it spicier
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning more to taste if desired

Instructions

  • Juice the lime.
  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the Silken Tofu, freshly squeezed lime juice, Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, and Taco Seasoning.
  • Process the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  • Once the sauce is blended to your desired consistency, pour it into a glass jar or reusable squeeze bottle for storage.
  • You can serve the sauce immediately or refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks. Note that the sauce will thicken further overnight in the fridge.

Notes

Storage: Store in an air-tight jar or container, such as a mason jar or reusable squeeze bottle. It keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. We do not recommend freezing the sauce as thawing may separate the ingredients and/or may alter the texture.
