Easy Artichoke Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat burger buns
- 2 scoops sautéed mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons vegan artichoke dip
- 2 vegan cheese slices
- 2 Cutting Vedge Burger Patties
- 2 handfuls of salad greens
Instructions
- Make sure to prepare the burger buns (if not using store-bought variety), sautéed mushrooms, and artichoke dip ahead of time. Also, slice the tomato and wash the salad greens.
- Fry the Cutting Vedge Burger Patties following package instructions. A couple of minutes before finishing cooking, top the patties with plant-based cheese slices to let them melt slightly.
- Bake or reheat the artichoke dip and toast the burger buns while the patties are cooking.
- Assemble the burgers: Start by toasting the burger buns with the cheese. Then spread some of the artichoke dip onto the bottom burger bun. Next, add the burger patty, sautéed mushrooms, and salad greens. Add another tablespoon of artichoke dip, followed by more sautéed mushrooms.
