🤔 What is a Mango Matcha Latte?
A mango matcha latte is a layered drink made with mango puree, milk (we love plant-based), and whisked matcha green tea. Usually served iced, but you could also make it hot.
It’s vibrant, naturally sweet, and gives you that gentle caffeine boost without the jitters. Think tropical smoothie meets matcha latte - yes, it’s as good as it sounds.

📋 Ingredients

To make this sunny, layered iced drink, you’ll only need a few easy-to-find ingredients:

For the Latte:

- Ice cubes: Helps the layers stay distinct and keeps things chill.
For the Matcha Layer:

Optional Add-ins:

✨ Sprinkle’s Expert Tips
- Sift your matcha: This makes a huge difference! No clumps = ultra smooth.
- Use ripe mango: If you are using fresh mango, instead of frozen, make sure it's extra ripe! It will be sweeter and the sweeter the mango, the better the flavor (and less sweetener needed).
- Don’t boil the water: Warm, not boiling water helps preserve matcha’s flavor and nutrients. Since we're serving this iced, we wouldn't go warmer than lukewarm.
