👩🍳 How to replace flour in brownies
There are many ways how to replace the flour in brownies and depending on your taste and dietary needs. For this recipe, we chose a mix of cocoa powder and vegan chocolate-flavored protein powder. This mixture combined with the other ingredients makes for fabulously rich, chewy brownies.
🤔 What do flourless brownies taste like?
These flourless chocolate brownies are sweet and full of chocolate flavor, just like regular brownies! Their texture is chewy and fudgy without the use of refined oil or granulated sugar.
🍫 Ingredients
- Bananas
- All natural peanut butter, or other nut butter of choice
- Cocoa powder
- Vegan protein powder (best chocolate flavored)
- Vanilla extract, vanilla bean or vanilla sugar
- Baking powder
- (Sugar-free) vegan chocolate chips
- Optional: sea salt
🧉 What protein powder to use?
You can use your favorite protein powder brand, but it should be chocolate flavored.
