👩🏽🍳 How do you make granola pizza?
It is so easy to make! Follow these simple steps:
- You need to mix granola, tahini, and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Then spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake it for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool it in the fridge.
- Once cooled and completely set, spread your favorite yogurt on top and add your favorite toppings.
🍕 Benefits of Granola Pizza
One of the main benefits is that it's a healthy breakfast and brunch option. The granola crust contains whole grains, which are full of fiber and protein. This will keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning, helping you avoid unhealthy snacking later in the day.
Another benefit is its versatility. You can use any type of fruit or yogurt to create the topping. Which means you can customize it to your liking! This makes it a great option for people with dietary restrictions or picky eaters.
In addition, it makes a big batch that keeps well for several days. It is perfect for meal prep or feeding a crowd!
🥣 Storage
Place it in an airtight container or wrap it gently in plastic wrap. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. If you can, store toppings separated from the pizza and top freshly.
