    🤔 What is granola pizza?

Granola pizza is a healthy, sweet alternative to traditional pizza. It is made with a granola crust, (dairy-free) yogurt, and topped with fresh fruit and nuts. Perfect for breakfast, and brunch!

    📋 Ingredients

Granola Pizza is a creative and healthy breakfast option that combines the goodness of granola and pizza. Here's why you should use the following ingredients:

    • Familia's Protein Crunch Muesli: This muesli is full of protein, fiber, and whole grains. Making it an excellent source of energy and nutrition to start your day.
    • Carrington's Beetroot Powder: Beetroot powder is a natural source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. They can help support your immune system and overall health.
    • Carrington's Organic Coconut Oil: This oil is a healthy fat that can help boost brain function, increase energy levels, and improve digestion.
    • Tahini: Tahini is a paste from sesame seeds and is an excellent source of healthy fats, protein, and minerals like calcium and iron.
    • Coconut yogurt or another dairy-free yogurt: Dairy-free yogurt is a great source of probiotics, which can improve digestion and boost your immune system.
    • Fresh berries: Berries are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. They can help reduce inflammation, boost brain function, and support overall health.
    • Fresh figs: Figs are a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron.
    • Agave syrup: A natural sweetener that is healthier than processed sugars and adds a touch of sweetness.
    • Carrington's Flax Hemp Blend: This blend is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein, which can help support heart health, improve digestion, and boost your immune system.

👩🏽‍🍳 How do you make granola pizza?

step by step imagery of making granola pizza

It is so easy to make! Follow these simple steps:

    1. You need to mix granola, tahini, and coconut oil in a bowl.
    2. Then spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake it for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool it in the fridge.
    3. Once cooled and completely set, spread your favorite yogurt on top and add your favorite toppings.

    🍕 Benefits of Granola Pizza

One of the main benefits is that it's a healthy breakfast and brunch option. The granola crust contains whole grains, which are full of fiber and protein. This will keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the morning, helping you avoid unhealthy snacking later in the day.

Another benefit is its versatility. You can use any type of fruit or yogurt to create the topping. Which means you can customize it to your liking! This makes it a great option for people with dietary restrictions or picky eaters.

In addition, it makes a big batch that keeps well for several days. It is perfect for meal prep or feeding a crowd!

    🥣 Storage

Place it in an airtight container or wrap it gently in plastic wrap. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. If you can, store toppings separated from the pizza and top freshly.

    Instructions

    • Melt the coconut oil and tahini in a microwave-safe bowl in short increments, stirring in between.
    • Add all the crust ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Press the crust firmly onto the bottom of a cake or tart pan, covering it with a piece of parchment paper.
    • Bake at 355°F / 180°C for 10 minutes, then transfer to the fridge and let it cool completely until the crust is firm, at least for 1 hour, preferably overnight.

    Notes

Yogurt tip: For a thicker yogurt consistency, place a sieve over a bowl, line it with a coffee filter, add the yogurt, and let it drip overnight. You'll get skyr or quark-like yogurt.
